Database modules may be purchase outright or hosted on TGC servers and managed by Tim Goss Consulting. Outright purchase prices vary depending on the module and size of your district. Contact Tim for pricing.

If Tim Goss Consulting hosts, you pay $150 a month for the first module and $100 a month for each additional module. The advantage is yours: no hardware to buy, no staff to train, no FTE to give up, not setup costs and no long-term commitment. You pay month to month. And you get every update and improvement to the databases at no charge. And don't forget: you get TGC expertise in managing your data.

1. Student Module: The Student Module is the heart and soul of a school's database system. Password protected, this information is accessible from within the district by staff only and contains:

    • Student Demographics
    • Student Attendance
    • Student Schedules (mid and high school)
    • Student Grades
    • High School Course Requests: If you are using a software package to schedule high school students, this database can provide a quick and efficient way to get the data.Students enter their requests through a Web page. The data is then exported and uploaded to your scheduling program.

2. Parent Module: This module gives parents Internet access to:

    • Student Report Card Grades
    • Staff Web Pages

3. Special Education Module: Special Education teachers need ongoing access to student records. The Special Education database is a secure way to provide dynamic information to those on the front lines while allowing your district office special education staff to maintain data through the simplicity of a Web page.
